"The place has more than everything you need and is quite clean. In a good part of town too."

"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. I did not take advantage of the pool, the breakfast or other amenities as I was visiting family in town and was away from the hotel for most of the time. The room was clean and updated with some modern touches, while the building did show its age with some architectural details. My small 2nd floor patio overlooked the beautiful garden courtyard, which is a great touch. The hotel and other guests were quiet and I could barely hear the nearby freeway....

"Dated hotel but excellent value if staying near Disneyland. There is a pool that is clean, but I didn’t get to use it. The free breakfast is nice as well. Great job by the maid staff in cleaning the room daily. I recommend this place as an excellent value."

"I booked a room last minute and I was very impressed. The young man that helped me at the front desk was very kind. The room was small but very clean with what looked to be new furniture. I absolutely loved the shower head in the bathroom. I had a room located at the back of the property and the parking lot was brightly lit and there wasn’t anyone lurking around. It felt pretty safe."

"Front desk woman was rude on arrival, had a lazy attitude and seemed bothered by any question we asked. Rooms smelled like wet dog. Fire alarm went off and staff didn’t seem to care. Carpet is stained in the hallways. Looks great in pictures but wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Parking was ample. The staff were great and breakfast was lovely. I especially appreciated the custom coffee makers and the big urns. Having both meant I could be in a hurry or grind the beans for a tastier experience. Would stay here again!"

"This was my third time staying at this hotel. It’s always very pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast & sitting at the outside tables to eat. Coffee was good. The pool is well kept , the employees are friendly & helpful. My mom has mobility issues, but parking right next to the room is so helpful. This is my go to hotel when visiting my son at UCI"
