"Doesn't have a laundry service despite advertising one. Stole $1500 from me when I left."

"The room was outdated and a little dirty. They did not offer airport transportation unless you booked 24 hours in advance. I had to rent an Uber there and back to the airport to get a rental car. If you need something quick for a short period of time okay but for a long stay it would be a no for me."

"I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "Fine option for the price, although the road in and approach to the hotel suggests a lesser experience. I’d stay again but wouldn’t recommend it to most people I know."

"Staff smoked on a non smoking property but I did ask the ladies to move and they did the guy at the front desk was smoking right at front door and trash was left daily on the floors by the elevators it wasn’t one day that trash wasn’t outside of the trash can. Also they are trip hazards by the outside sitting area closer to the part where you can see the vineyard."

"We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed."
