"The hotel was reasonably priced and a half hour drive from Penn State, where we had a weekend event. The location felt safe and was conveniently next door to a Rutter's. "My family and I traveled from NY to PA for a worship concert. Our short stay with this Super 8 Hotel in Burnham was excellent. We arrived about an hour before check-in and Kathryn (I think that is her name) was friendly and accommodating. She said there may be two rooms ready, and went to check. "The staff who greeted me when I arrived didn't attend to me right away even though they were talking to someone else. That person left and started answering the phone. In my opinion, if the customer is in front of you, you should attend to them first."
