"My daughter and I arrived at 10 PM due to a softball tournament game going later than expected. No-one was working the front desk, we waited for about 5 minutes until someone came out, no apology was given. We get into our room and set our things down. After taking off our shoes, I notice that our socks are getting more and more wet. They must have cleaned the carpet earlier and not had it drying. My daughter then is showering to only notice that there is no body or shampoo in the dispensers. The breakfast area was unkept and cluttered as well."

"We stayed in the lodge rooms. Wallpaper peeling in room- mattress terrible- totally out of date. For that price point- this place needs to upgrade and bring this resort out of the 70’s back to 2026. Staff in the restaurant was awful- food really awful- totally overpriced for the horrible quality. Just plain bad experience here. This resort compared to a Grand View lodge in Nisswa mn rates a zero. The bathroom is tiny- just so out of date. It took 30 minutes to get a drink refill while eating. For 237.00 a night I would rather drive to a different city near by and eat in the restaurants in that city. We really had a bad experience. This resort needs millions spent in it to bring it back to vitality. I will not be back"
