"Amazing location and spacious apartment for two people for a couple nights in Milan. The unit was located in the basement, it did smell quite musty and everything we had felt damp after our stay, but we were happy that it was nice and cold. It's right by the train station which made going to a game at the San Siro Stadium very easy. Would recommend for a cheaper stay close to everything."

"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. You have to get the clean towels from the ground floor yourself, but when we needed them the cabinet was empty and they were not restocked until late the next day. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE. "
