"Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, quiet and relaxing."

"We stayed up on the first floor. Lovely old building with creaky stairs. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Bit of an issue with the water pipes which were very noisy (sounded like air in pipes). Had fans in rooms which were needed. Great choices for a cooked breakfast, which was cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location in a beautiful little village. Very quiet and unique. 15 min drive from Moreton. We are really enjoyed staying there. Stuff is very helpful. Village has a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store that has all essentials. Definitely recommend is you are in need of quality time, but still need to reach London in 1,5 hours."

"Beautiful property, in urgent need of maintenance and remodeling. Beds and mattresses are in very bad condition, carpets have had it. Only 5 AC equipped rooms. We got four of them and ACs were working on two of them."

"We had a deluxe room on the second floor. It was extremely hot - due to the temperature outside being 33 degrees - we did have a fan but no air con. Nice shower and coffee machine and kettle. Small TV but comfortable, clean room in general. Staff were all polite and efficient. Breakfast was good and bar facilities were also good. The Hotel was well situated for visiting where we wanted to go - about 20 miles from Coventry and about 20 miles from Woodstock and about 10 miles from Farmer's Dog and...

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture!
