"When we arrived the whole building smelled like septic… our room was never cleaned for the 2 days we were there. We had to ask for additional towels. The only great thing was the front desk the staff, they were pleasant and accommodating. James was so professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were near another person in our party."

"We stayed overnight, as we needed to be in the area and up early. Two false fire alarms, one at 10, one at 2 that went off for an hour as they had a difficult time resetting. There were people partying with young kids, so lots of running up and down the hall all night. Horrible nights rest. In addition, the shower curtain did not close and the floors were not vacuumed well. Couch in the suite was weirdly not functional, and there were no dishes/silverware available in the kitchen of the suite we were in. Still haven't heard back from management regarding the comlaint."
