"Everything was great. The room had a couple of minor repairs that the front desk turned into the maintenance department. No problem. Breakfast was delicious."

"The room was clean and spacious. The hot breakfast selection was good and food was tasty. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean property. Rooms we clean and beds comfortable."

"Nice place, good breakfast"

"Excelente"

"We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."

"Clean room with excellent A/C.Great breakfast and superb staff .Very convenient location"

"The hotel was fine for a night. We booked the garden tub room, it is outdated for sure the pictures showed that. The room smelled of smoke (non smoking property). The fridge had food left over from previous guest and an almost empty bottle of booze in the freezer. Not the best not the worst. Cold breakfast, or grab and go. :/ charged me for my service dog. Just not the best experience for the price."

"The desk clerk was kind and did her job. We could not believe the condition of the building. The awning pillars needed some work done…. It had wiring exposed where I assume there had once been lighting. The elevator flooring was cracked and had missing pieces. The woman taking care of breakfast was on her phone to in the side room BOTH morning when things needed tending to in the dining buffet area. Over all this place was at best a place to run in get some sleep and leave, while traveling, NOT...

"The room always clean may just need to do some about the smell in the rooms other then that the staff always come in to make sure we have towels and trash picked up and air conditioning works amazing and we didn’t bring pets but I’m sure they pet friendly ! This place is perfect when traveling"

"This is the only hotel I stay at when I come to Texas…The staff is like family!! Highly recommended"

"This is a beautiful space! The inside is gorgeous and decorated so nicely! We had a spacious room with a huge beautiful bathroom with lots of amenities! Howard met us for check in and gave us the tour and was so helpful with breakfast recommendations and a great host!"
