"Wonderful Staff but due to a computer glitch our commecting suites we had reserved was unavailable and our family was split between 2 floors and were unable to socialize bc we couldn't leave the sleeping toddler unattended and the rooms provided while nice were not big enough for our group. "

"Makeup wipes in the bathroom would have been nice! Also the blankets literally felt like plastic and was so loud. Very great experience though!"

"The hotel is dated and maintained shoddily, like a really cheap apartment. Cabinets were on a slant, rusting in the shower, everything was very old except the mirror outside the bathroom and not a charming kind of old. It’s in the middle of renovation and I wish I’d known that before I booked"
