"The hot tub was completely empty with no warning signs or barriers around it, which felt like a serious safety hazard—someone could easily have fallen in. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told it had been out of service for at least three months, which makes it even more concerning that nothing has been done to secure or clearly mark the area. The walls are extremely thin, so noise travels easily and makes it hard to relax. On top of that, the shower felt unstable—standing in it...

"Parking is easy but access points to motel are difficult. The rooms are surrounded by a gate so you have to go through the access points even if your room is on the other side. The rooms were fairly clean although the shower could have used a better scrub down. We had 6 bottles of conditioner, 1 bottle of shampoo, 1 set of towels for two of us and no toilet paper. The staff did replenish fairly quickly. The property could have used a good broom strick . The stairs concrete was falling apart....

The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up!
