"Gorgeous and chic hotel, walkable to any downtown location that you’d want! Staff is top notch and the furniture is awesome and is for purchase along with some other decor. Drinks are awesome at the bar, along with the appetizers! My date thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we both woukd highly recommend this unique experience "

"It is a lovely hotel. The room was new and well-appointed with some of the old bank building charm. It's upscale while being quaint and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor. The room had amazing upper windows. Very cool! The staff was lovely. Very accommodating and friendly. The location is ideal, right in the middle of town. We were very happy to stumble upon the Promissory Hotel!"

We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family."

"The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The parking price was reasonable. However, from about 11p-4a I was woken up repeatedly by people making very loud sexual sounds for hours on end which illuminated the entire area. Luckily my kids weren’t with me, but as a mature adult it was the most classless distasteful experience I’ve had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I called the front desk a few times when I couldn’t take it anymore and got no answer. Will be awaiting a response from...

Room was everything we wanted, clean, spacious and the bed was heaven. Breakfast leaves nothing to want. Huge selection and the kitchen staff kept it clean and full the entire time."
