They had good coffee and local fresh pastries in the lobby. They also blessed us with a room upgrade. I would definitely stay there again. There were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. "This hotel is right in the middle of town. Very easy to walk to many restaurants, and shops. The parking is just across the street in a multilevel garage. The staff were very gracious, accommodating, and polite. The rooms are spacious and nicely updated. The only thing to note is that it can get noisy at night due to being so centrally located, and if you are in rooms next to the elevator, you will hear the elevator all night long. The staff did provide me with earplugs, and that helped a lot. "

"Looked recently refurbished. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Many useful accessories e.g. iron, hairdryer, makeup cloth etc. Good location. 10 or so mins from downtown. Area felt safe. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Roanoke. "

"Stay was fine. Breakfast area only had one waffle maker with all these people trying to make waffles. This hotel should at least have 2 waffle makers."
