"Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again."

"Nice to stay in a place that has maid service everyday. Large Hot tub that was clean and a perfect temperature. Quiet area near the highway."

"Wouldn’t stay here again. My vehicle was broken into and the window was busted out. I tried calling the staff for help, but they kept hanging up on me instead of assisting. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service."

"We had great service and assistance w anything we needed. However once we arrived we found the pool was closed (during the week) and the onsite restaurant was also closed. The staff assisting us did inform us before we completed check-in, and we decided to go ahead and stay anyway. "

"Stay was ok. Hated the fact they needed to hold 250 per room, couldn’t bring in my cup cakes, the kiddie pool sprinkler didn’t work, the door to my room wouldn’t lock and could barely open/close but had no trouble switching rooms. Kids above me were up running around loud til about 2am. Kids still had fun at the pool breakfast was ok"

"Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Property was clean. Pool was clean. The only real issue we had was not being able to watch anything on tv. Tried to hook up a fire stick to watch movies and they have it blocked. Staff was extremely helpful in trying to assist with the problem but found out it basically wasn't equipped for that. I wish we could have been able to connect our Netflix."

"The best part was the pool. I would only stay here as a last resort.. I want to eat breakfast there were no eggs and no sausage and the staff was in the kitchen talking to each other and talking on the phone. Not a good look."

"This place is cheap yet horrible…. There are several extra large potholes that you have to dogde while pulling up on the property… several strange people walking around the outside. The hotel door barely closes and look like a half way house. There is not quiet time … the people next door thumped crashed and boomed all night… the towels were yellow and the tub had a ring around it and public hair all over. DO NOT STAY HERE… the sign should say Niggwood!"

"Front desk staff were nice. We informed the front we would be staying an extra hour. They were very kind and were not going to charge. On the checkout day,it was 10 a.m,not even 11 and housekeeping tried to open our door to starting cleaning. We even had the occupied sign outside the door. We told them we have till noon to checkout. Last there was a soda bottle inside the sofa bed so the whole room had not been cleaned. We will not be staying there again"
