"The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) "Was needing a place to stay for my grandson's graduation. We are from Pennsylvania. Did not know how close the hotel was to the USA Hockey Arena when I made the reservation. I thought that if we had to walk a couple of blocks to the arena for graduation, that would be fine. The hotel parking lot and the arena parking lot were next to each other. "I enjoyed my stay at this Delta facility. The room was clean, and the on-site restaurant had good food and good service. I also liked the layout and size of the room. I was on the first floor and from my room I could walk out to a small patio area, however there did not seem to be a way to secure the sliding door had I wanted to sit at the table a few feet down from my room, so I did not use the area. "The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days."

"There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure."

"We stayed four nights (with two wild, messy toddlers) and asked if every day someone could come vacuum up and take our trash and only one of those days they actually cleaned up our room. You’re not allowed to take breakfast back to your room which was a bit of a bummer with toddlers. The pool sign says open until midnight, but they told us at check in they close it at ten, then when we went at seven they told us they already closed the pool down for the night. Probably not the best place to stay...
