"We have a reservation for Saturday , the dest person have us wait one hour and 3 minutes before we got the rooms , but while we was waiting several families came and didn’t wait like us , when we finally got the rooms they wasn’t clean and have a cigarette smell for one of them , I’m not sure if it was our skin color or what was the problem"

"Admittedly, my expectations were not too high when I reserved my room after reading the reviews before booking. The reviews were generally mid range. Upon arrival, I found that the lobby was clean and orderly. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was seamless and fast. The overall appearance of the hotel inside and out was somewhat worn, but well-maintained. My room was in the same condition but clean. I was impressed to see that there were enough towels and amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The Internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable. However, the mattress was softer than what I like. The water pressure was very good. Particularly the shower. Had good water pressure. The heating system and air conditioner worked well. The hotel was quiet. It is conveniently located near grocery stores and shopping all of which are within walking distance. Conveniently located near the main highways."

"Great hotel in Allen, Tx . Justin minutes from Allen Outlet mall. The hotel Tru by Hilton. Nice gym on location. Great Paking and very good breakfast buffet. We will be back on our next stay !"

"Shower/tub/jacuzzi desperately needed attention. Slip mat had black mold and surface area around it needed pressure washing to remove caked on dirt/grime. Room had a funky sweat smell and needed airing out. Tissue box ran out of tissue after 4 times blowing my nose. Bathroom wall edges had some rust spots and badly in need of fixing."

"Clean room a staff was friendly. The had complimentary water and cookies which was nice. They didn’t have a full oven in the room but you can request a burner for your kitchen and they will bring it up. Otherwise, no complaints. "
