"Checked in a little late. We only came for an event so did not spend an entire day. Within two minutes, there was a power outage. I overheard guests coming back from the front desk share that it's because of "power usage." My daughter and i got dressed and used only the light in the bathroom (Only area that had power interestingly) then the power came back on. Steps leading to the second floor are taped up. "Domestic Violence next door to me... but this time Mangement yelled at me for reporting it. Same bad old guy as a previous negative review... he may have a serious health problem, but yelling at guests doing the right thing is verbal abuse, financial abuse and emotional abuse all rolled up into one big abuse."

"the shower was akward to use as I called the front desk to find the water must be running in order to pull down on a lever to allow water to reach the shower. THey may want to update these valves that are confusing to use. Also the grab bar in our bath was loose. Other wise our stay was good, a very nice complimentary breakfast that gave many choices for each traveler. Overall, our stay was pleasant. i would recommend as a short stay option, however I would not book thru Expedia again."

"Have stayed here many times and it is always perfect! Much nicer and cleaner than upscale hotels I have traveled too. Staff is always the BEST! One of the cleanest hotels I stay at. Love this property!"

"It looks kinda shady from the outside but it’s actually pretty nice once you get inside. The walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors next door chatting or watching tv. Beds were ok, not terrible. Not far from downtown either, for the price it was good. "

"Second time staying here, property is beautiful but our room needed some serious TLC. We had to ask to have our shower curtain swapped out bc it smelled so baldly of mildew and the room was not properly cleaned. We found a pill, sunflower seed and other random debris on the carpet. And these weren’t found in the depths of the corners but in plain view to anyone who should have been cleaning. We enjoy staying here otherwise but they do need to be better"

"Alison the front desk staff member was helpful when we asked for an accommodation request that was unique due to a problem me and my husband had during our first day checked in. We stayed for two nights and couldnt be happier. Alison is sweet and kind and super helpful!!!"

"it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation. The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep."

"Basic hotel, served its purpose. No issues and clean. Planned to walk to downtown but the area right outside the hotel did not feel safe to walk at night. Fine for a bed for a night."
