"The room was not properly cleaned and had cobwebs everywhere, including on the ceiling. It was bad enough that I had to personally clean the dust and cobwebs off the bed's headboard just to feel comfortable."

"Not all rooms have air conditioning check. You get a hours complimentary spa time, this did not appear on the literature check. The hotel and staff were lovely and the grounds are well maintained. There is ample car parking and electric charge points."

The bed was huge and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, spa was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff all friendly and helpful. "Parking is a 2-3 minute walk to reception. EV charging points available. Bar OK Rest of the hotel needs some tlc, outside seating area not weeded, rooms need decor. Self service breakfast, food choices, but low quantity food. Bread in the bar snacks also very low quality, which is a real shame and you are paying hotel prices. Would have expected much better quality…"

"All good, only downside the double bed mattress, you could feel the springs when laying, also could do with somewhere outside to sit."
