"Clean and comfortable room. Very comfy bed. Lovely large walk in shower. Coffee machine, iron and ironing board. Complimentary mini bar with cold soft drinks, water and chocolate, The staff are always friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room, which arrived hot, on time as everything was as per the order and delicious. We dined at Marcos restaurant (where as hotel guests you get 20% off the bill). The staff here went above and beyond when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. Amazing service from Mandy and Bow! We have stayed before and we'll stay again in the future."

"First time staying at the hotel. We arrived late after 9pm so had to locate the night porter to get our room key. The hotel doesn't have a traditional reception, so checkin before 9pm uses the bar and after, the night porter is in a separate office away from the main building. The room was spotless, something that is rare these days. The bedding and the bathroom all looked very new. Firm bed, with a mattress topper was ok for us, however the pillows were too deep for me. We stayed on a room only basis, so can't comment on the food and drink options but overall we were pleasantly surprised. If the hotel read this review, I should mention the light outside room 9 was blinking all night, something I should have mentioned on check out."

"Perfect if you are attending gullivers! Really fun for the children-dinosaur theme was great and lots to do once checked in, good disco venue and ice creams after. Restaurant was also perfectly fine for a quick bite. The lodge itself was a bit dated and in need of a spruce up but fine for a few nights. Our boiler was not operating properly so not much hot water either. Great to have an oven and hob, kettle, toaster, a fridge freezer and microwave."
