"The room was immaculate, with very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom; fridge and microwave were convenient. Besides an ample breakfast, our stay included daily free happy hour with appetizers ample enough to make a light dinner. Parking ramp next door was convenient; the gym was well supplied with high quality treadmills, free weights, and more. Most of all, the staff were exceedingly nice and helpful. Simply Wonderful place & great location!"

"Rooms are definitely have not been sound proofed like mentioned in the description. Had trouble hearing our neighbors talking until 3am rwo nights in a row. Contacted staff and no real help in solving the issue. Photos are also little misleading, room only includes your standard bed and bathroom. Otherwise clean and resonably updated."

"The location of this hotel is exceptional. My room was underwhelming this time. The curtains are automated and didn’t close fully I didn't sleep well because of the light coming into the room. Then there were other minor things that added up to make this stay not as enjoyable as previous stays. "

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"The Staff was absolutely awesome! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and from check in to check out we had the best time. Security, housekeeping, servers, bartenders, Marketplace workers, front desk, Cream City Coffee, Sportsbook cashiers were all great and made you feel welcome. Our room on the 19th floor was awesome with the floor to ceiling windows. The hotel is very clean. The Sportsbook for the March Madness Tourney was organized and ran so well,...
