"Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was decent as well. The only downside was the pool area, which was very small for the amount of guests staying there. It honestly felt more like a large hot tub converted into a pool. Everything was peaceful during the week, but once the weekend came and more younger guests and children arrived, the atmosphere became much louder. There were children running through the hallways, knocking on doors and running away late at night, yelling in the halls, and leaving ice throughout the hallway areas. I was traveling with a newborn who is not even a month old yet, so it became difficult at times and I did have to make a few complaints. Despite that, I would still return because overall the stay itself and the staff were very good."

"We had a last minute cancellation of our flight and needed a place to stay close to MKE airport. We found this hotel through Expedia and got a great deal. What we found when we got there is that the hotel was completely remodeled. Everything was new and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. We had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. However, our room had a smart TV and we were able to watch a movie from our Prime App. We were just 2 minutes from the airport. We had a rental car because of our trip, but this would be a perfect location for people who use Uber. One note: although the "new remodel" smell didn't bother us at all, if you are a person who is physically sensitive to smells, you might want to wait a few months (maybe after June, 2026) to stay here. But only if the sensitivity is real - we didn't have any problem and were impressed with the remodel."

"From the moment I approached the front desk, the staff member seemed annoyed that I was there. When I stated I was checking in, her response felt dismissive, as if I didn’t understand what I was doing. During the check-in process, I was told I needed to pay a $50 deposit. This was confusing to me since I had already prepaid for the room. When I asked for clarification, her explanation was unclear and came across with noticeable attitude. I calmly asked her to explain it more clearly, as I simply wanted to understand the charge. Eventually, she clarified it was a standard deposit, and I paid it. After receiving my room key, I went upstairs only to find that it didn’t work. I had to return to the front desk, where I was then reassigned to a different room due to what I was told was a battery issue. Overall, the interaction felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily frustrating. A more patient and professional approach would have made a significant difference in the experience. Additionally, it was disappointing that the coffee bar was not open at 8 AM, which felt like a missed basic amenity for guests starting their day. "
