There was a power outage around 12am we waited till 2am to see if the power would turn back on but didn’t so we had to book another hotel Because it was so hot my kids could not sleep and wife had trouble breathing we talked to Jane get and staff that if I could get refunded they told me to go and report it to Expedia will appreciate for a refund

Property is conveniently located by the airport. Shower faucet was not operating correctly. And all three computers in the lobby for guest use were inoperable.

The only things we liked about the property was the cleaning staff and the MORNING front desk after we checked out. We checked in, and were given a room with only one bed despite booking a room with 2 beds. We called, and were given a whirlpool room upgrade for the same price. However, the second bed was pull out couch. It came with no pillows, blankets, or sheets. We called to get sheets, and it took 30 minutes for them to come. Asked for pillows and blankets, got neither of them. Said they were out of pillows. Got top sheets to sleep with instead of a blanket. Front desk was awful.

Very dirty, smelled of weed. Unprofessional front desk staff. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Windows in pool area leaked and were dirty (nothing like the pics)

I called for reservation for car and a bunch of kids were giggling on phone! I got there and kids were checking you in! We had to wait to get anyone to wait on you! The shuttle driver was awesome!

This property has really went to the dumps. And to top it off, they charge my credit card for a room that was already paid for through Expedia.. Do not stay at this location it is not safe at all. The doors have been ripped open so much. That they will not lock. The rooms are old and dirty. They don’t even have a manager. The property is managing itself as of right now 5/4/2024. I used to go there every year for the Fourth of July with my kids for a week. We will not be staying there anymore.. The best thing that that property had was their manager, Angie.. Now that she’s gone, this is really gone to the dumps

Hotel was good. Didn't like the shower it was not easy to turn on and hard to adjust temperature. It was either burning hot or cold.

No issues with my three night stay. I was pleased with my room, the free breakfast buffet, the pool area, and the Aviator bar. It was an easy commute to the Brewer's games; about a 15 minute drive. The hot tub was not working during my stay, but enjoyed the pool. A nice place to stay for the price; would stay again.

Bed was clean is about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. We had no hot water, a beeping sound all night long, a cheer team that felt the need to practice their routine in the hallway, staff was terrible saying that they would pass the information on to their supervisor but it’s been almost a week and I reached out via email and I’ve gotten no phone call or email back. Terrible property and customer service. I’d rather sleep in my car before I ever sleep at another Best Western.

No smoking facility but the whole 3rd floor was a pot smoking floor. Prostitutes if interested. Expected better out of Best Western!

The rooms are quite nice/clean. The hallways look worn/dirty. Check in person didnt know much about the area. Bar is large; but was empty. I was only person and bartender sat using his ipad. The entry doors were locked and the key pads not marked/away on wall. Charged a deposit of $50 which ''should' show up in 7-10 days. Won't stay here again. Don't recommend.

There’s a really bad smell plus people at night are too noisy having concert on the parking lot heard by the entire building. No one is doing anything to stop it. I couldn’t sleep until 3am when the noise stop. I need a refund.
