"At check in - staff was not friendly. When we had gotten there the guy at the counter said need help - we said we’d like to check in. The guy at the counter had zero personality. The he said I need your credit card for any essentials. The guy said sign here - here’s your card and the key. I asked what room number and the guy behind the counter huffed and said our room number. We asked where is best to park he said the other side of the building. There are doors there to go in and take the elevator up.
We got to our room and there was green confetti on the floor - possibly St. Patrick’s day? We had one bath towel, one small towel, two hand towels two face clothes. My wife asked house keeping down the hall for another bath towel. She was told call front desk and ask. My wife and I called the number to the front desk several times but no one answered. When we went past the front desk no one was there to ask. We just went about our day.
Breakfast- when we checked in the guy never told us about the breakfast we had already paid for when we booked the room. The bagels were not fresh, bacon partially cooked, eggs were meh, the sausage tasted like that heat and eat (bad) yogurt was in a watery ice and they were not cold. The coffee was strong and tasted like it was not fresh but was sitting out on a burner all day. The staff at breakfast handed us a bill and I had told her it is included with our room. The breakfast is not worth the $14.99 per person on the sign. Not happy here. "
