"We always stay at the Pfister because of its great location . A few troubles this time. The tv service in our room kept going in and out. Of course someone offered to come and fix it but at the time it wasn’t ideal (already in pajamas). There was also a dirty pillow case on the chair in our room when we first arrived . I also was disappointed there were no locker rooms or other amenities in the spa area. My husband had a massage but was allowed a 10 minute shower afterwards, then had to vacate for the next person. Other than that the food was great and the staff other than one snippy waitress was superb. "

"This is a glorified holiday inn. Cheaply built, you can tell by fixtures, tile, carpet etc.. Horrible scented smell throughout. I guess to cover up smoke off smokers. And yes you can smell them. Set temp to 62 just to try to get it below 73 in our room our entire stay. Thought it would be a good choice for casino and ballpark. We shall not be staying here again for $150. Overrated and overpriced. Also nothing to do but casino. Most restaurants were closed and not convenient for those staying there. Those commercials with young couples having a good time at casinos.... is nothing what these places especially this one look like. Gotta be a gambling junkie to go here."
