"My family stayed in a suite with one king bed and two twin beds from September 21 to September 25, 2025. The staff was very professional and friendly. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel in the world, offering five-star service. They truly make you feel like part of the family. If you are going for Umrah with your family, I highly recommend this hotel. From the front desk staff to room service and breakfast, everything is top-notch. I wish I could rate them more than five stars because they truly deserve it."

"Alhamdulilah this is the second time I’ve experienced staying at anjum hotel in Makkah , which is within walking distance to the harram , cleanliness , attentiveness and the overall ambiance and staff are awesome , I would personally like to stay at this hotel every time i am called to Makkah by Allah swt , if you read this pray for me and the ummah and that Allah swt grants me and you goodness in this life and the next and calls us to his house over and over again in our limited lifetimes on earth . "The stay was very good. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was same every day which was the downside. Overall location was brilliant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend you to stay at hilton "

"Everything was supper"

"We stayed at this hotel as a family of five. The facilities were good—clean and functional. However, our initial experience was frustrating. Despite booking for five people, we were given a room with only two single beds, which was clearly inadequate. When we raised the issue, we were told that the hotel didn’t have a setup for five guests, which was surprising and disappointing (as five star hotel). As a gesture, they offered us free breakfast, which was appreciated but didn’t solve the core problem. After escalating the matter to the manager, initially i was offered coats. My kids have passed the coat stage. we were finally upgraded to a more suitable room. While the resolution was satisfactory in the end, it took extra effort and discomfort to get there. If you're traveling with a larger group, I’d recommend confirming room arrangements in advance. The staff were polite and responsive once the issue reached management, and that made a big difference. Specially the manager who delt with the problem was polite and really helpful. i would definitely stay again. "
