Do not stay here. The best thing was leaving. They lied to us. The pictures on the website fooled us. The place was being renovated and dirty. The bath and the toilet was horrible. The towels were soiled. No light bulb in the lamps. The whole place was cringe. Nasty. They offered breakfast of coffee and a protein bar on a table set up in the dust in the place being renovated. Just gross and nasty

I’m not one to complain, but the first room they gave us had cockroaches and the second room was not clean and finally they gave us a third room that was decent but still much under construction.

The property was under renovation on the first floor. The service desk in the lobby area was a table with a computer (It did work). The third floor was dirty, the carpet coming off the floor and trim, there were old patches along the walls. The room was a bare floor with second hand old worn furnishings, tub drain was corroded. The room phone and the TV did not work. Not worth reporting at the time as the general disrepair of the facility. We showered and left. There was a worn "Motel 6" at the entry of the parking lot. The web site pictures were not of the facility. I was surprised to see the "Wyndham" name even associated with such a place. I do intend to write Wyndham as they should know what is representing their industry.

The hotel was very disappointing. Many of the facilities shown on Expedia were not available at the property. The staff said they were currently under maintenance. The bedroom did not have a sofa. When I asked for a room with a sofa, I was told that the sofas were very dirty. I also requested an extra pillow, but they gave me a pillow without a pillowcase and provided a sheet to wrap around it. The room was dark because the lamp did not have a light bulb. I asked for a bulb, but the staff could not provide one. The laundry room was also extremely dirty. Overall, the hotel was not clean, and the property did not match what was advertised on Expedia. I would not recommend staying here.

This property is in the process of owner transition to La Quinta. It was lacking in furnishings as shown on the website, no amenities at all except shampoo, the room was clean enough but not up to our standards. The only reason we chose to stay here was because our original hotel had a maintenance disaster the day before we were to arrive and we were forced to find what was available in Mineral Wells. I hope the new owner upgrades this property since I won't stay there again.

The building looks like its under reno. No amenities are avaliable. They funny even have a snack machine. The room looked like they tried to update it but still need more work. The hallways smell dingy and the elevator sounded like it had a loose cable.

Showerhead very dirty We bought CLR and cleaned it and it still did not work. Great barely any water barely any pressure Shower curtain mold everywhere TV must’ve been dropped. It had lines and discolored. Pillows were hard and old Mattress was visibly bowed There was no a do not disturb sign or no housekeeping sign Housekeeping asked for Old and said 30 minutes before I can get clean towels No one cleaned our room or Ed even took out our trash. They just brought clean towels and that’s all.

Our room did not have all the furniture in it, a suite should come with a couch, the threshhold for the different flooring was missing, no ammenities at all, no iron, no hair dryer, holes in the wall, NO COFFEE!!!, NO Breakfast, NO swimming pool.
