La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. "Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price. "
