"No view of the pool or ocean. The pool wasnt even heated and was too cold to swim in. The kids were so disappointed with being unable to swim in the ocean with it being so cold and too strong and then not even being able to use the pool. There was no hot tub either. The breakfast was overpriced and so bland. It was our first time in St. Augustine and will be our last with this experience. "

"Right from the beginning the gentleman, who I assume was the manager was speaking so respectful and nice to his staff and they showed respect back. Very impressed by that! He then was so nice as he checked us in. Very nice and comfortable room. We think they have been renovating. New floors and pain. Not a lot furniture in room, but for one night it was fine. Would stay there again. "

"Great location across the street from beach! Elevators seemed very slow, staff at desk were nice enough but could’ve been much more welcoming and friendly (1 was always staring at her screen and never seemed “available”), and disappointing that only 1 washer and 1 dryer were in working order (bring quarters!) for a beach hotel this size. Rooms were very nice and clean. Loved location. "

"Breakfast delivered was a nice touch, property very clean and well maintained. Comfy bedding, nice shower and ice cold fridge! The staff was awesome even when we left personal items behind...they mailed them right to us. Thank you and we'll be back!"
