"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. "En general el hotel cumple muy bien con las expectativas. Las instalaciones, el servicio y la limpieza son buenos. El único punto a considerar es que las habitaciones son algo reducidas, por lo que si viajas con mucho equipaje o en familia puede resultar un poco justo el espacio."

"The hotel staff were warm and welcoming especially Gabriel who went above and beyond. He helped me with an itinerary that I was interested in. I can't thank him enough for the effort that he personally put into making my stay a happy and positive one. Regarding the rooms, I really didn't like the amount of detergents and perfumes and sprays that they used, it was unbearable at times. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"The only good thing about this property is the staff. The concierge was helpful and amicable. Everything else about this property is terrible. The blankets and comforter were dirty. The toilet not properly cleaned. The rooms are extremely small. The pictures make it seem a lot bigger than what it actually is.
