"We had to ask for our room to be serviced, yet they never showed up. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Common area garbages were overflowing in the lobby after the concert and still there the next morning. Very overpriced for the venue and quality of service. "

"We had got room service, ordering supper after a long drive and it arived hot and fast. Valete parking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend staying there. The only issue is dealing with the trafic to get in when its busy, but everything is in walking distance once you are there. "

"HORRIBLE end to our stay. We only slept in the room and when we woke up the next morning, we were shaking the covers to make sure nothing was left behind, we found BLOOD ON OUR DUVET! It wasn’t a stain. It was unwashed BLOOD. When shown to staff they immediately said “im not able to deal with this a manager comes at 2” I asked for them to call me and I have yet to receive a call.
