Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m.

No warning about parking fee and front desk person didn't even point us to the elevators and the king sized bed felt like a pullout mattress.
