"The elevators didn't work properly. Was headed to 7th floor and elevator stopped at 5th floor for 8 minutes with us stuck inside...then it went back down to 1st floor, went to get an attendant and they acted annoyed. AC did not work well in room it was sweltering. Stayed here because $25 cheaper ..."

"Loved our stay, great location being next to Mall of America. Room was nice, hot tub was hot with good jets. Nice there were 2 pools. Breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was a veteran working on Memorial Day. Thanked him for his service, very friendly man."
