Room was good. The lobby had black mold by windows with wallpaper pealing. Carpets in hallway very old. Very strong of cannabis everywhere but room. Again, room was nice, clean. Basic breakfast, no waffles. Cereal, yogurt, bagels etc.

Overnight stay to catch an early flight

The hallways leading to our room were very dirty and worn and torn carpet. Our room was quite comfortable, with a good bed, and quite clean. The overall condition of the hotel is very much in need of repair and upgrade.

The room is not too bad for its price. My main problem is the service and the staff. First, they offer shuttle but it felt like they dont wanna provide it to customers that need it. When i was checking in a lot of customers are waiting for it. And customers and staff couldn’t understand each other coz the staff cant communicate clearly with the guests. When i checked, the lady kept talking on the phone with probably customer and had the customers in the lobby wait for long. Told her i need shuttle the next day at 8AM. Then when i checked out the guy said they dont have me in the list. The lady could have wrote my name if she stopped talking on her phone. Again, the hotel is okay but the staff has poor customer service.

The parking lot was pothole city, with not enough parking for their guests. They also had a shuttle bus that was parked in the parking lot, that had flat tires, and weeds growing around it, which was taking up parking space. They had parking in the back of the hotel but none of the parking lot lights were on/working, which to me is a safety concern for anybody. According to pictures online we booked this hotel because it had a continental breakfast which looked good, however the breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, bagels, and two different kinds of cereal, but the staff lacked to even keep the bowls stocked. Overall all I would not choose to be a guest at this hotel again.

Cheap for a reason

The employees were friendly and helpful, but the overall condition of the hotel and rooms were pretty horrible. It clearly hasn’t been updated in a while, and there was minimal (if any) proper soundproofing. It was easy to hear neighbors through walls. Our room faced the back parking lot and we were woken up constantly by people smoking, talking on the phone, or just chatting very loudly outside. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the whole hotel had a very odd smell to it. The beds were freshly made and clean, but that was about it. The bathrooms, though clearly cleaned by the employees, were decrepit. The shower leaked constantly and there were mold stains on the walls and ceilings, and there was no way to turn on the fan in the bathroom at all. The only perks were the sociable employees, free parking, and easy access to the MoA and major highways. Overall, I’d advise against staying here unless absolutely necessary, and also would advise the owners to invest generous time and money into updating the hotel infrastructure.

When I arrived around 8:00 p.m. just a little bit after when I said I would arrive on the pre-check-In I was told there was no shuttle driver. The lady at the front desk then told me I would be credited $20 for this day to get myself to the hotel. I took a lift which including tip is more than $20. When I got to the hotel I was given a slip of paper with an email address on it and told to contact Mark. I have no confidence that Mark will respond to my email let alone give me the promises $20 but I will update this if he does. I know that in this price range you can't expect too much and I don't think I do, but there was a lot of filth in the room and the toilet seat was not clean. The bed did seem clean and was comfortable. The breakfast was very Spartan but I did not want much so the English muffin and a little cereal with coffee was fine for me but you might rightfully expect more. If you're booking this hotel specifically because it has an airport shuttle like I was, you will be disappointed. We will see if they provide the promised 11:00 a.m. return shuttle.

This is the hotel of no. Got delayed and had to have my flight moved to the following morning so I was stuck with no toiletries nothing 1000 at night. Can I get a bottle of water? No Do you have any toothbrushes or toothpaste? No Can you drive us to the airport in the morning with the shuttle? No I've stayed at la Quinta's in Bentonville for example and they've had complimentary water and toothbrushes toothpaste if need be. Plus plus they make you sign over $100 as a deposit because you might steal their disgusting towels or bedding that is old. I've been to la Quinta's in Bentonville and other places this place is run down and dirty wallpaper coming off the walls with mold. I do not recommend it. I would never stay here again especially in this area which is very shady with very shady people coming in and out. I didn't feel safe. The guy that was at the counter look like he was half dead and half asleep and only knew the word no. Do not stay here.

There is peeling wallpaper throughout the lobby. They don’t have an elevator so you have to carry suitcases up the stairs. The wifi was “out” according to the desk clerk. The hallways are dated, smelly and the carpets are stained. When we got to our room and checked the mattress there was no mattress cover and it was full of stains. We asked for more bedding so we could have more layers between us and the stains. At first the lady at the front desk refused because there was no housekeeping staff available. Eventually, after rolling her eyes several times, she relented but informed us we would have to bring it up ourselves. There was no staff at the front desk when we checked out in the morning and so we left our keys as instructed. We got an email 10 hours later asking when we were checking out. If you can make it to your room without running out, it’s clean enough.
