They let me check in early at 11:30am, which was much appreciated as I drove overnight. Decided to leave early at 10pm as hallway and place smelled like smoke on the 2nd level. Didn’t stay overnight

The room was massive with a bedroom, living room, beautiful bathroom full amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea, etc.) I did not have a chance to use the hot tub or pool but they were beautiful.

Toilet flush mechanism broken. Toilet seat would not stay up. Nonsmoking motel but room smelled of smoke and bedspread had burns. Asked for toilet fix and intact spread. Told it would happen en but did not. Would not return.

Everyone was super helpful and attentive to our needs. The air conditioning and shower worked wonderfully! Also they had a nice pool, sauna and hot tub along with a cool bar attached to the building. Had some delicious mango habanero wings there while we watched the fifa game.

They tried to get 2 ways to pay and tried to keep my husband's information. The manager seem to have an attitude that night when we asked him to fix the TV. We couldn't get a channel on it. And because my husband didn't bring the clothing car right backThe room looked clean but had an horrible smell like someone just got done having sex. We will not be back.

Do not go to that place is stinky really bad and it shows pictures that are fake because the place is dirty and it smells bad and there’s no breakfast. It’s a wrong quality to go to. I went to Doubletree Hilton. That was the best. And the worst thing is that I let Piti know how the room was the same night I was only there for 15 minutes and they didn’t wanna reimburse me the money. They want to charge me for the whole night actually they already did charge and fighting for that.

The property was nothing like the ad on the internet. The daily breakfast was only Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The Bar & Grill didn't open until 5 PM and the only food item was frozen pizza. You had to request room service or they didn't even bring clean towels. I would not recommend this Motel to a dog much less a person. Also there was a strong marijauna smell outside the doors. Hallways smelled like stale smoke. Only stayed 3 nights so stuck it out instead of moving to a better place. Pictures are very deceiving!!!!

Traveled to town for a wedding so we weren’t planning to be in the hotel, just a place to sleep, nothing more. I wasn’t expecting much for the price, it lives up to what I expected- smells like weed, no breakfast, I’m familiar with the neighborhood so I wasn’t surprised that it’s a “rough” area, but felt safe enough in my room. Walls are thin, I brought my own blankets. The biggest problem I had was that they couldn’t check me in because of a problem with Expedia’s payment to the hotel itself and they made me call to resolve the issue instead of calling themselves- it wasn’t a problem with my payment, but a problem between Expedia and the hotel and I felt like the customer service could have been better since I didn’t cause the problem. Other than that it was fine for what I needed it for, but wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a hotel snob.

Only have the shuttle for the state fair, that was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen. Unfortunate thing about the 1st floor is that you can hear every step from the room above you

There was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website - and the staff said they hadn’t for years - false advertising… Reserved a king bed and was given two double beds and when I saw it in the room the staff said if I had sat down I can’t get a new room. Staff told the whole lobby full of people my room number - so unsafe! Phone in room didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk. Burn marks in sheets or blankets.
