"Felt like i was being stalked by the workers i had my door knocked on 3 times in 1 day all for a problem. I never had. I said a light bulb was out. The workers randomly go around, staring at rooms, writing things on a notepad, and they'll sit there for a few minutes looking."

"This resort has a beautiful, quiet walking trail around the property. The rooms are very generous in size and we highly recommend the 3 bed 3 bath. That is why we keep coming back. That being said, there are some pretty severe signs of wear around the pool area (old fire pit are, umbrellas that don't go up, bricks around the hot tub) and also in the waterpark around the lazy river. Simple things like picking the trash out of the bushes or small ponds would make a huge difference. I hope they continue to invest in this property and bring it back up to 5 stars. It is a great location and beautiful grounds! "
