"Interesting hotel that is somewhat an extended stay. Way too much over-communication on the check-in process, to the point I was getting 6-10 push notifications a day. One night, someone was doing laundry until 3am that sounded like a diesel truck idling in the hallway. All that being said, it's a new hotel, and was inexpensive, and was a comfortable sleep otherwise. "

"While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program. "Booked for room with queen bed. Upon check in was told there were no such rooms available (even though I had booked and paid for such a room several weeks before). Had to take a room with two double beds. Check in staff said the fault lay with Expedia. Odd."

"I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize "

"I wasn't aware there would be no refrigerator or microwave. It is my fault for not looking at everything on Expedia's website, I've just never stayed somewhere that doesn't offer that. The people staying there were very sketchy and I witnessed an arrest while I was there and later in the fire department showed up. I really didn't feel safe having my mother there so I didn't stay the following evening and we got another hotel in a safer area. "
