"Staff was very nice. Bathroom needs some work."

"Very nice and helpful checkin person. Room was clean, smelled clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient to get our day started. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles and more. If you left hungry, that's on you. We never used the pool or fitness equipment. I would definely stay here again."

"we should have been informed at check that beds were being replaced on our floor, elevators were blocked, floors were very dirty, at one point our room door was blocked by a TV and it took 10 minutes to get a worker to move it, fold out bed mattress was stained, asked for towel removal, didn't happen, tried to call front desk-no answer-went down to front desk-no one there"

"Some channels on the TV could not get a signal and a lot of them had a picture but no sound. People/kids in the pool until 11:00pm making a lot of noise. And refrigerator starts making a loud whistling sound at 10:00pm, maintenance had to find another one to replace it and brings one that is dirty/dusty."

"This seems like a newer hotel. It is not luxury, but it is clean, quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the beds were very comfortable (ESPECIALLY the pillows which weren't overstuffed monstrosities like many hotels have). There was tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate 24/7. The lobby isn't big, so if you were stuck in your room due to weather, you probably wouldn't go there, but I found the room large enough with lots of "tuck your luggage away" spaces, so it wouldn't feel too cramped if you were...

"We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available... We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and...

"The staff were so nice. We came to run Grandma's Marathon and they had the place decorated, welcome bags in our room and an extra early breakfast for the runners! It made the stay even better!"

"Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms. Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday."
