day after traveling from Tokyo. We had a private bath and it was honestly a highlight of our trip. We are both tattooed so it made it nice to have our own space where we could enjoy as the public onsens are not tattoo friendly. "

"This place is pure luxury. The views from the lobby and most rooms are breathtaking! The main lobby is on the 17th floor and the guest rooms are below this level. "We booked the Harbour suite which was super spacious. We loved the private onsen which was really large. The spring water was a bit too hot for our liking . The buffet dinner was worth every cent. A proper Japanese expereince in food and culture. It felt like we were the only foreign tourists staying here which made it really unique like we had found a hidden gem. "Staff weren’t good English speakers but still kind and helpful. The fancy pool in the pictures on rooftop with lazy river was not available to us - language barrier on reason why but I think it’s because we didn’t stay in the expensive suite building that it was connected to. "Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."
