Very slow and when finally someone from the staff showed, another staff member showed up and both of them started arguing in Portuguese making it a very uncomfortable moment. I was offered literally “a sip” of espumante, then they gave a tour of the entire hotel showing ...

Great location, we were walking distance to a lot of spots we wanted to check out, 10-15 mins. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the spa as well.

Porto Palácio Hotel by The Editory
Great hotel, great value. Only thing letting it down is the breakfast (not good value) and the “spa” facilities, the pool and jacuzzi were very dated. Other than that the people were all really nice and helpful, the room was great size and comfy bed.

The service was incredible. Staff were very friendly and greeted us each and every time we came in and out. The Manager was so amazing and on my birthday she gave me a cake. How thoughtful is that! We will definitely return and stay again. There is no pool but that was not an issue for us in April. ...
