"Frendly staff, great hot springs, fun water slide. Nature wack was fun and very informative as well. Super tasty food, we try hamburger, skirt stake and ragu pasta. Room was clean and the property is well maintained."

"So far everything and everyone were good and friendly, I just didn’t get to know or I would like to have like paper with activities it would make it easier and it would upgrade at least my experience. I went several times to the hotel don’t take me wrong I like the hotel it just is by the second day is the same thing so with a manual or e list of activities it would be better for me. Also I only have one issue with the WiFi I was on my premium room and the WiFi was going on and off honestly it piss me off a few times, hopefully they fix that or do something with it. I will be looking forward for my next visit to hotel fiesta"

"We love wildlife. This place made seeing it and experiencing it a truly amazing place. The breakfast was also quite nice and our room was also very good. We may well come back. We were here for three days and between the amazing sights on the lodge grounds and three places we explored closer to town (La Fortuna), we could see staying more like a week. A true treasure."

The staff was super friendly and eager to help with anything we needed! Gym was nice and well equipped and breakfast had a lot of options to choose from! I would definitely recommend it!!"

"This hotel has the coolest pool and hot tub set up. The pool is covered and very warm. It includes a swim up bar with a giant TV beside it. We watched one of the world cup games while swimming. It was raining the whole time, but with the pool having a cover over the top we had a comforable afternoon. The nature walk on property is also lovely!"
