"This is a very bare minimum kind of rental property.
Pros- proximity to the beach, multiple outdoor areas/patios, pool was nice.
Cons- lots of noise, noise going late into the night from adjacent units, noise early in the morning (4:30am from neighbors), one of the patio spaces was totally saturated with the automatic sprinkler water every night making the table and cushions soaking wet every evening.
