"The room 100 is very loud with it being next to the stairs. There was also not hot water so we showered mostly luke warm water which felt cold during the time we were there. The air conditioner and everything was loud. The air vent was loud in the bathroom. Beds were nice on the other hand and the room was pretty clean."

"Clean room. Comfy bed! We did not eat breakfast here. But room service was delicious! Valet was super helpful and perfect location for Universal. "
