"This hotel should be given an award for flawless customer service. Nothing is more important to them than accommodating a guest, no matter what your status. I will never stay in any other hotel but the Omni in LA. And I'm a Hilton Honors member. But in LA, I'm willing to forgo points for the way this staff treats me and my family time and time again. Roberto was one of the kindest front desk agents I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable and then called minutes later to make sure everything was to my expectation. Is there anything else he could do.
