"The building is under renovations so there were no carpets in the hallways. The elevators felt like going on a rollercoaster. First unit had a v noisy bed and place was v worn down, moved us to another room but it was v worn down, dirty and smelly. Finally after a week moved us to another unit which was much better but over all experience was pretty awful. That said I’m thankful for them offering room change. "

Check-in was at another main unit and felt shady – door opened 6 inches "name" then out came a sheet of paper and a key and door asked "OK". "Decent value-price relationship for the location. Some feedback: - you should have floors dedicated to business travelers. I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...
