"Overall good stay, nice to be close to local restaurants and layout of unit B was great, however, overpriced for what it is. I was expecting a “boutique” experience - There were aunts on the kitchen counter, shower/toilet/floors were not cleaned well (our feet were dirty shortly after getting unpacked), back porch lights didn't work (strings out and bulb at back door), air conditioning units were hard to use and wouldn't stay on all day or night so temperature was hard to regular, designated...

"The Royal Hotel - terrace dinning at lunch was perfect. The Hartley Tavern - terrace dining for dinner was perfect. Both sites had quality food the presentation and taste was delicious and amazing. Shout out to the chefs! All meals are pricy in the town. The Accoustic Grill - terrace evening live music Sandbanks were just as we remembered them except how busy it was reservations are a must. Cribs was clean comfortable and great location for us, internet tv kept cutting in and out watching...

"Everything was fantastic! The property was under some construction with interlocking brick being replaced but that's to be expected in the summer season. The unit was clean, comfortable and everything was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!"
