"This is a nice place to stay. It would be better if it had microwaves in all the room because they got it down in the lounge area, but it closes at an early time so now you have no way of warming up your food. The bar is closed."

"After a long day on the road, I was greeted by an extremely kind front desk employee who made my stay especially pleasant. She could tell how tired I was and graciously allowed me to check in early and arranged a room on the first floor, which I greatly appreciated. We had a nice conversation about travel and road life. "For the type of hotel this is. We had a few issues our tv was broken, there was a nasty stain in the rug under the table. There was no bedding or extra pillows for the pull out I had to ask... it seems like all the hotels we stay at in this area are in need of an update."

When I shared the information with an employee on duty, the individual was curt and defensive, but indicated I could change rooms the following day. The next morning, I raised the issues with a different employee, and I was assigned a different room. Later that evening, I realized the new room had a maintenance problem also. "I liked how the breakfast area was set up and the variety of options."

"Close to Ole Miss and was perfect for our campus visit. It’s also convenient for The Square as well. Spacious room, nice size fridge, microwave and some dishes. Pillows were really soft, which we didn’t really like, so I’d recommend you bring your own. I would return to this hotel in the future."
