"Booked my room the first week of April for Graduation at SEMO Mother’s Day weekend. I (being the graduate) along with my husband and children had our reset modified without my consent to two queen bed room listed for 2 adults no children. I brought his to the attention of the front desk at check in stating this is not what I reserved. I went with my 3 children to check out the room to find only 2 beds. I booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch. I was told that’s the room we had and there were no other rooms to move us to. I then asked for a roll away bed to which I was told they didn’t have any and that the best they could do was provide extra sheets and pillows ( for one of my children to sleep on the floor like a dog) I was totally unsatisfied with their response and my husband left to go purchase an air mattress for my oldest to sleep on. I was truly upset as we drive 5 hrs with 3 small children only to spend more money to purchase a mattress to accommodate the number of people I originally booked for our stay the entire weekend. I would have been better off staying in a cheaper hotel without a view which they also fail to highlight is next to an operating train track than to have stayed here. Glad I graduated and will not return for any future stays."
