"The room was humid even though the AC ran 24/7--and it was so loud we had to turn the tv up too much just to hear it. Hard to sleep, too. Couldn't reset alarm clock which was 5 hours off anyway. Not a stitch of food/drinks vending machines available other than breakfast buffet (not impressive) which ran out early and not refilled in a timely manner. We had to leave for the day so missed breakfast even though it was to be going for another hour yet. No vending machines or snacks available for...

"The breakfast is very basic, and the elevators are slow and scuffed. But the staff is very incredibly welcoming and they have lots of items available if you have forgotte anything. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained. Our jacuzzi tub was very clean as well, which is often difficult in a room setting. Overall 5 stars!"
