"I'm sorry to disagree with some of these other reviews. I was unimpressed with this hotel. The room had a slight musty odor, and the bed was a bit outdated and somewhat saggy. Loved the good hot shower though, with lots of pressure. Please take some of the renovation money you are spending and buy a new toaster for the breakfast area!"

"Small old school single level motel, but it's in beautiful condition, very well maintained and cared for. I got the impression the owners live in the attached home, which is probably why it's so nice. My only actual complaint is the free breakfast was lacking. "Breakfast was very minimal. Towels were old and thin. Walls were very thin ..could hear Grandpa cussing at the grandkids and Grandma telling them to shut up well past 11:30. Not staying here again. Everything else was okay "

"This was a great choice of place to stay while we visited French Lick for my birthday weekend. Just a 10 min or less drive to the casino and lots of good restaurant choices. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we were first unloading our suitcases in the room we noticed the smoke alarm was chirping every minute needing new batteries. My husband went down to the desk and she gave us a different room right away. Breakfast was full buffet and the kitchen staff was very attentive keeping fresh...

"This property was awful. I was concerned when I pulled in and saw the exterior of the building. And, yes, the interior lived up to my concerns. The sink was leaking, room filthy, balcony in disrepair, with bird poop all over the balcony. We requested to switch room, went to Walmart to purchase bed linens to sleep on. By far, one of my worst hotel experiences."

"Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!"
