"This was a great quick overnight stay that was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean. However, the chain or barrel lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom light tripped off so we showered in the dark. Breakfast was good and served on time so we could make our 815 flight. Transport to airport was on time as well and convenient."

"Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE."

"Let me begin by saying that Holiday Inn is one of my favorite places to stay and I know that I will definitely stay again. "Hotel was nice. Rooms are spacious & clean. During our stay only 1 elevator was working and during the morning the staff hadn’t loaded up & guests weren’t able to use it much. Most guests were utilizing the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t really a “buffet” as mentioned. It a continental breakfast with bagels, toast, yogurt & cereal. Nice for the price-point."

"BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken."

We were on the 4th floor and it took time for the hot water. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, apples, bananas, muffins, cereal, yogurt.
