"Took 2:40 hrs to allocate room. Room 335 was allocated and AC was not working and no fans as alternative. Toilet flush continues leaking water. Cant open windows as they were locked due to health and safety and kids had to sleep in car as too hot rooms. Very rude manager there who wasn't even apologetic ..."
